His extensive background and hard-earned experience spans the construction equipment, tool, and food service equipment sectors, providing him with unparalleled insight into these specialized markets. From 1983 to 1992, Bob owned and operated a residential construction company, gaining hands-on experience with various construction machinery and equipment. This period honed his expertise in the construction field, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

In 1991, he ventured into the food service industry, establishing a restaurant equipment supply company that he successfully ran for 29 years. His entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there; he also owned and managed five bakeries, two pizza restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a hot dog and hamburger business. These ventures provided him with a comprehensive understanding of food service operations and specific equipment needs of buyers and the equipment buying market.

Since founding Adams Auctioneers and Appraisers in 1992, Bob has conducted thousands of auctions across diverse industries. His commitment to integrity, accurate valuations, and deep industry knowledge has built a strong and loyal client base.

Currently, he is focused on expanding the firm into a premier provider of specialized auction services in the food service, construction equipment, and high-end estate markets.
